Prabowo-Sandiaga Wants To Change Indonesia Into A Country That Is A Living Industry
Pojokwarta. JAKARTA - Pair Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno Candidate for President Candidates for Vice President number 02 held a National Speech by expressing the vision and mission of the Town Hall Meeting held at the Jakarta Plenary Hall Contention Center (JCC) Jakarta, on January 14 2019 at 19.00 WIB.
In his national speech, Prabowo said that Indonesia was currently in a period of deindustrialization. The speech is not without reason, it can be seen from the current technology, always made from abroad, not from the products of the nation itself.
"China in 40 years of eliminating poverty, India has risen. But, experts say that in Indonesia there is deindustrialization, not industrialization, but deindustrialization," said Prabowo Subianto when delivering a national speech at the JCC Jakarta, Monday night (1/14/2019).
Prabowo said that in the past Indonesia had created sophisticated aircraft to high-tech products. Prabowo is optimistic that the heyday can return to seeing Nusantara as the fourth largest country in the world.
Therefore, if Prabowo is elected President of the 2019-2014 period, Prabowo and Sandiaga Uno will turn Indonesia into a country where the industry lives. One way to do this is to learn from developed countries.
"We will change. We will continue industrialization in Indonesia. We will learn from China, South Korea and Vietnam. Don't be complacent with our own elite behavior here, "explained Prabowo Subianto.
Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Prabowo said that the contribution of the manufacturing sector to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is slowly being eroded. Until the III / 2018 quarter seen from employment, manufacturing contribution to GDP was only around 19.66%.
Whereas, in 2010, manufacturing contributions to GDP were above the 20 percent lift. The collapse of the capacity of the industrial part is concerned with disrupting the goals of economic growth going forward.
In the national speech, also attended by political figures from the bearer party coalition. Among them are Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), Amien Rais, Zulkifli Hasan, Titiek Soeharto, Sohibul Imam and others.
